( Paul Panfalone )
I was born in 1976 and have been infatuated with the way things look for as long as I can remember. From the packaging of my toys as a child up through my time in design school, I have always obsessed over the tiniest details of design. I don’t apologize or make excuses for the way I am, it is something I embrace passionately.
Design to me is many things, when done right it can incorporate the entire world around us, cultures, traditions, and beliefs; translating a person’s thoughts into visual messages for others to see. It can be broad in its spectrum while being narrow in its focus. Design serves a purpose. It can be both Idealistic and Realistic, practical and impractical. It is, in fact, all around us all of the time. We are awash in it… for good and for bad.
